Resolving Delivery Issues.

Happy Holidays Everyone,
I wanted to reach out to any and all backers that still might be having issues with receiving their packages. Broadly, I've seen a few issues with the international packages getting tied up in customs and I am still getting notifications on my end from Posti that packages are just now arriving and awaiting clearance. The issue for me is I have no way to clear them myself and the packages don't state whom they belong to. If you still haven't received yours, please reach out to me and I will do what I can to resolve the issue.
The good news is that I've had very few returned to me as undeliverable for this project.

Shipping Nearly Complete, Digital Assets

I'm nearly completely finished sending out all of the backer packages. If you haven't received yours yet, it is in the mail or going out this weekend at the latest. Thank you again!
I've got the digital assets together and the link to download that should have been sent out. It includes player-facing maps for VTT and handouts. Have a great rest of the week!

Final Pieces Have Arrived. Shipping Begins!

Hey Everyone,
Good news! The magic item cards have arrived "early" which completes the Handouts and Print Packs. Everything is here now. I've spent the last couple days separating out the cards and sealing them so that they are ready to pack.
I'm now assembling the final orders to ship out. If you reached out to me to have your address changed, rest assured that it has been corrected. Getting everyone's orders out may take a minute as I sort out the counts, but they are going out beginning this week (in batches since there were so many <3)! I'm not sure how long it will take to get them all out, but based on the past project fulfillment experiences, it will take less time than I think.

Shipping Update

Hey Everyone,
I wanted to give a quick update on the shipping situation. Everything except for the magic item cards have arrived. That is what the hold up is currently. The cards are coming in from Boardgamesmaker.com which is printed and shipped from China and they have been updated with the "shipped" including a tracking number, but the ETA is mid October. Not ideal.
I would feel more comfortable sending the backer rewards that don't include the Maps and Handout pack closer to the ETA window so there isn't a huge timing discrepancy between backers getting their orders. Right Now, my eyes are glued to the tracking updates for the shipment and I will keep everyone in the loop as they approach. At which time, the first orders will be sent out.

Fulfilment Update

Hey Everyone,
I wanted to update everyone on shipping status. The tracking info for the books from the printer is set to be delivered by tomorrow. Most everything else including the Poster Maps and printed handouts have arrived and look great. The only item that hasn't left the printers yet is the Magic Item cards for the Handout Pack. In the meantime, I'm going to assemble all orders that do not include the Map and Handouts Pack and begin sending out what I can ASAP.
There's a lot of backer rewards to send out over the next few weeks and I apologize to those who have to wait a little longer than others. I will update you all again once I hear word on shipping details.
