Hey Everyone,

I want to give you an update as to where we are at and what the holdup has been. For those that didn't see in the comments, I broke my ankle a month ago walking my dog (skateboard). The healing process post surgery was fairly excruciating, but thankfully I'm doing much better physically and mentally.  Not being able to walk or even sit at my desk was rather depressing. 

We just have the remaining illustrations left to finish up now. All of the shipping supplies have been ordered as well as the add-on book orders. Once we(I) wrap up the final art pieces I will give you all another update when it's off to the printer. Thank you all for the patience and support. April Update

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to throw out an update, since you've all been very patient. 

Cards have been charged for the aforementioned shipping and addons.  I'll be ordering the shipping supplies I'll need for fulfillment asap with those funds. Hopefully the charges going through didn't catch too many of you by surprise.

Last month David Cameron, my good friend and editor, got a chance to meet up at Gary Con—our first opportunity to see each other in person since even before we made In the Shadow of Tower Silveraxe. We had several long discussions about the project and what the next one might look like. 

Currently, I'm continuing the work on art and layout. I've been doing my best to get through it quickly, but I've most definitely passed any projected delivery dates I've said early. For that I apologize. I'm doing what I can to expedite the project along, while at the same time not burn myself out. 

For now I don't want to give a hard delivery date, but it is coming soon. Thank you again.

Backerkit Survey Update

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to give a quick update. We had set the end date for closing the survey for the 5th of March, but I wanted to give those who haven't filled out the survey just a bit more time. The new date for closing the survey is the 17th.  So, this is a reminder for those who haven't completed the survey yet.

We're also going to need a little more time with finishing up art and edits. The goal was to have everything out in time for Gary Con, but that turned out to be impossible with our schedules.  I appreciate everyone's patience as we bring this project to the finish line. Thank you!

Happy Friday!

The "smoke test" survey is out to a small portion of backers, 79 to be exact, and a little over half have already responded. Keep an eye out for an email regarding the Backerkit survey just in case you happen to be the chosen ones! I'll give it until tomorrow morning before sending the rest of the surveys out, just to see if there are any mistakes. If anything comes up, don't hesitate to message me directly.

January Update!

Hello Everyone! This has been a doozy of a couple of weeks in the tabletop RPG arena, and I want to touch on that briefly. Other than that, mostly good news!

OGL Effect 

After an anxiety-inducing week or so surrounding the WotC OGL bullshit, I believe OSE and most of the indie RPG/OSR crowd will emerge on the other end of this relatively unscathed. The statement from Necrotic Gnome on the matter was reassuring, and so it's business as usual here. There's no real reason for me to include the OGL so I won't be including any license text in the back like I did with the previous modules. So hey—freed up a page of precious adventure real estate! 

Timeline and Surveys

The book is coming along great and I think we expect to have the rewards all shipping by the end of March. With that, expect the surveys to be sent to you this week. 

I've had a number of requests for late pledges and I should have that set up as well so others can preorder.
